Hi lovely, I’m Belinda. I support super sensitive souls to make friends with joy and fall in love with life again.

I'm fascinated by the 20% of healing tools and techniques that produce 80% of results - and every system has its 20%.

Certified as a practitioner in several modalities, I weave together different tools and approaches to free up stuck energy and restore ease to your whole system. I love identifying the "healing hacks" that deliver the best results with the least effort and I'm trained to help you focus on what's happening in your body at every step.

Everything we do helps to rewire your nervous system.

I love working with groups, because there's a special magic that happens when we come together and share a focused intention.

I most enjoy supporting people who’ve struggled with simply being human to sink more deeply into their bodies, their relationships and their experience of everyday life, so they start enjoying being human.

What makes you different is the medicine this world needs now.
