As a certified practitioner of Non Personal Awareness™; Nervous System Rewiring™ and a Master Practitioner of The Compassion Key™, I'm fascinated by the 20% of healing tools and techniques that produce 80% of results - and every system has its 20%.

I weave together multiple modalities to free up stuck energy and restore ease to your whole system. I love identifying the "healing hacks" that deliver the best results with the least effort and I'm trained to help you focus on what's happening in your body at every step.

I love working with groups, because there's a special magic that happens when we come together and share a focused intention.

I most enjoy supporting people who’ve struggled with simply being human to sink more deeply into their bodies, their relationships and their experience of everyday life, so they start enjoying being human.
